Shipping Policy

  • We at Elviraa know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

  • Customers are advised to check the serviceability with the area pin code before placing any order with Elviraa.

  • Depending upon the pin code, the product is delivered within 3-5 working days after it is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

  • In case, any pre-paid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded.

  • Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse. In this case the order will be cancelled and a credit note will be provided for the total amount.
